Asian Weekend

Friday night--Thai
Saturday afternoon--American Chinese (aka Panda Express)
Saturday night--Korean
Sunday--Japanese

Rob brought home from Japan these packets of curry sauce from a popular curry house called Ichibanya (or CoCo Curry House??) whose slogan is "Good smell. Good curry." Being that the directions were all in Japanese, we decided to wing it tonight for dinner and give it a try. All we could tell was that they could not be microwaved and that they needed to be boiled for 5-7 minutes (??). We added some vegetables, pork and rice and had THE BEST DINNER EVER!! Kind of reminded me of my favorite chicken curry bowl from Teriyaki Stix!! Yummy! Now that I know there is a delicious alternative to sushi, I know I could survive in Japan! Maybe we should consider relocating there!!

Then again maybe you shouldn't.

Next time, Gary Harris might be able to help you with the directions. Too bad Bro. Bott isn't across the street anymore.

I would do HORRIBLE in Japan or China or Korea or....the list goes on. I'm not a huge fan of all that food and I can only eat it about once every few months or so! lol Thanks for adding me to your creative friends section! I feel so special...
