I know Evan's speech problems are nothing to laugh about, but I just can't help but to love how he expresses his excitement...

Andrea, I was just wondering...Do you know why Evan has speech delay? My Todd has speech delay, but it has been frustrating to figure out. He is almost 5 and very few people can understand him. Our family has been blessed with the gift of tongues, but in general it has been very difficult for him and us. Can you tell me more about Evan?
