So many firsts...

We all made it through summer!

Anyone here excited for school to start?

Tyler has made it to 5th grade.
Love those dimples!

Jared has made it to 3rd.
Hey! When did this kid grow up?

Evan is now in Kindergarten (and we'll see how long that lasts)!
He may be cute, but he's trouble!

Bye-bye Boys!  We'll miss you!

Anna had her first day of dance and preschool.

Which means that I took a shower without having to worry about the destruction going on in my absence.

And now Rob gets to go to Japan for the first time...

with me!

See you in a week.
(You can check my Facebook to see our photos from Japan.)
(And hope I don't fall in love with Japan because I hear it's a great place to live with children.)

Here are my thoughts on Japan. Drink lots of honey lemon soda. Yum. I went with my family to pick my brother up from his mission when I was 12 or so and my dad and I were hooked on that soda. Wheat tea is gross (especially the aftertaste) but they serve it to you EVERYWHERE). And they all thought we Americans were nuts for drinking so much water. Have fun!

I just love this post. The kids are so gorgeous and that first pic on the bus stop brings back so many memories of the first day of school. Have a blast in Japan. I cannot wait to see the pictures.

Hi Andrea. My name is Jaime and I am mom to two girls. Caitlyn is 5 and has achondroplasia (she's in Kindergarten like your Evan) and Hanna is 18 months and average height. I found your blog through another blog. I look forward to following along with your story. Hope that you'll check my blog out.
