I had nothing better to do.
Like clean my house before 20 house guests arrived.
Or get everything ready for my sons birthday.
And baptism.
And party.
And all of the other everyday things on my "to do" list.
Lo and behold...the French Vanilla Buttercream/Vanilla Ice Cream filled Baseball Cake!
Oh, and please don't excuse my ridiculousness in making this cake "because it was my sons birthday". He requested the cake below.
I slaved all day making this one!
Really, the baseball cake was a practice run.
Using the Betty Crocker Bake n' Fill Cake Pan.
So I can make this cake for Jared's Harry Potter Party.
Practice run was a success.
