Heat Advisory

Well, any normal person would probably stay inside during a heat advisory (Hobbs not included), but we thought it was the perfect opportunity for the kids to have a fun day in the water.

Jared picked out a triple racer slip n' slide.

I filled up some water balloons.

We stocked up on Popsicles and lemonade.

Rob hunted down the sprinklers.

Friends were invited.

Sunscreen was slathered all over the kids.

Even Anna joined in on the fun for her first summer water day!

Tyler proclaimed the day as his "most favorite Saturday ever!"

"On your marks, get set, GO!!!"

"Water, water balloons, Popsicle...HEAVEN!!"
Anna warmed up quickly to her new swimming pool!
The Water Wars
While no one was looking Anna drank everyone's lemonade--most of it spilled all over her, but it was great cup practice!
Caught in the act--now she was sneaking the carrots!

Man - I can't even imagine a heat advisory. It is June and we are having temperatures in the low 50's!! We are freezing and had to turn the heater back on!

Wow looks like the Kunz's are party animals. Cute pictures.
Yeah we certainly do not have heat advisories. We are still waiting for a day that is warm enough to go to the water park and the poor kids are freezing during their swim lessons.

What a fun time! I loved slip n' slide. I have to say at least your kids go outside! Ifeel like all the kids around here just stay in and play video games. I loved summers as a kid and these pics reminded me of the good ol' days!
