Monday night is family night (we call it FHE or Family Home Evening). Sometimes we have a little lesson. Sometimes we just play a game together. Sometimes we just have a special treat. Often, we use this time to teach our children about important issues that arise within our family (i.e. an example of this is found in here). Tonight will be one of those nights, but we're keeping it short and sweet.
Scripture:
Matthew 15:2 "...for they wash not their hands when they eat bread."
Luke 11:38 "And when the Pharisee saw it, he marvelled that he had not first washed before dinner.
2 Corinthians 7:1 "let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh"
Activity:
Washing our hands.
Here's to a sick free week at the Kunz household.

Your funny. Good luck being sick free.
LOL!
Ha ha! I like it. Our FHE's usually last about 5 minutes and include Zoe running around the room, me talking apparently to myself, and Mike laughing at the whole situation.
Hahaha!! Our FHE was picking up Travis at work and eating at Taco Bell. Love the washing hands lesson. haha
Great lesson! I just taught a lesson on pandemic flu for a RS stake meeting and the research says that is one of the best things you can do to keep from getting sick!
